How much does it cost to get started?
Nothing. Kitted Co. covers the cost of setting up your branded storefront and fulfillment infrastructure. There are no upfront fees, no inventory to purchase, and no risk on your end. We only make money when you make money.
How and when do I get paid?
You receive a direct payment every month, no later than the 15th, along with a full itemized report showing revenue, costs, and your net profit. No guesswork, no black box.
What's the turnaround time for orders?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 3 business days. Customers receive tracking information automatically once their order ships.
What happens if a customer isn't happy with their order?
Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues — so we encourage customers to review the size guide before ordering.
That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Just reach out to us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll get a replacement or store credit sorted out quickly.
What if I already have product?
We can match what you're already selling and have it live in your store fast. Need to expand or refresh your line? Our designers are available to help you build something new. Design services are available for an additional fee.
How does Kitted Co. make money?
We operate on a profit-sharing model, we handle all the upfront costs of setting up your storefront, printing, and fulfillment, and in return we split the net profits 50/50 with you. There are no fees to get started, and we only make money when you do.
